  • I say let them go Bankrupt. I own several Ford's, so I know they make good products. The problem here is the unions and the over inflated salaries they pay the employees and the upper management. If we allow the companies to go bankrupt, maybe they can restructure the union contracts.

  • DD50, you would be incorrect on OB winning the majority of Ohio. He won the votes of the welfare recipients in the major cities. The map I saw of the liberal media site MSNBC, the state was red with the few blue spots like Cincinnati, Cleveland, etc.

  • Pheonix, there is an organization that helps out after national disasters. It is called the Red Cross. If people want to serve and volunteer, they can go and volunteer there. I don't want to have to force my children to volunteer so they can get tax credits to go to college.

  • It's funny how most democrats bash Bush for everything that he got passed with the approval of Congress. Especially now that Obama has met with Bush and agrees with most of his policies now that he will be in power. At least under Bush, our nation was protected and our rights were too.

  • VLF, the answer to your question is yes. 95%-98% of blacks voted for him based on color. Also a portion of whites voted for him so they can use it as their rebuttle when they are called racist.

  • Jindal and our Governor here in SC. Governor Sanford has been great for us. Even with the economy the way it is, he is still bringing in businesses to the state and he is a big on drilling of the Coast.

  • Lucero, you couldn't be more correct. He was basically cannon fauder. They put him up there knowing that he would lose. They didn't want to tarnish any of the other candidates in an attempt to save them for the next election.

  • That's funny McKenzie. We had a candidate that was to the center and we lost. We had a President who was far to the right in Reagan and he won his reelection by the largest amount ever. Why would anybody vote for an imitation Democrat, when they can have the real thing.
